Letter of Undertaking for Stall Vendors

If you are interested in opening a stall at our carnival, you may download the Letter of Undertaking here.

Here are some of the T&Cs:

  • There will be no rental fees

  • Transactions are to bestrictly VIA COUPON SALES

  • Coupons will be collected by the Treasurer and exchanged with cash owed.

  • Profits will be shared in a 50-50 SPLIT (ie. Half to be pocketed by vendor while the other half goes to the beneficiary)


We will also provide the following basic items to facilitate in the running of your stalls.
  • Stall space (3x3m)

  • 2 tables (1x1m)

  • 2 chairs

  • Electrical powerpoint
